cruises to the Mediterranean during the Cold war years

Cruises to the Far East during the Korean War
Fired
over 55,000 rounds and earned 9 Battle Stars
The
"Mighty Man" as she was loving known by her former crew members still
lives
in the hearts of all who sailed in her. I have received many letters
over
the last three years with Memories of a great ship and a great crew.
We
honor
her memory by holding annual Reunions, rotated to different areas of
the
country. Our greatest desire is that you will join us at a future
Reunion.
